Pay rate: $40.00 - $45.00/hr
Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
An urgent need exists for a high-caliber Sr. Executive Assistant to provide seamless C-suite support within the Interscope Capitol business unit. This role requires an experienced professional to step in immediately due to team medical leave and coverage gaps. The ideal candidate possesses a positive demeanor, the ability to "go with the flow" in a dynamic environment, and prior experience supporting C-level leadership. While this is a targeted, short-duration assignment, it offers high visibility and potential long-term networking advantages within the entertainment industry.
Job SpecificationsDaily Responsibilities

Executive Calendar Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Executive. Maintain, plan, update, and send notifications regarding complex appointment schedules.

Communication & Gatekeeping: Answer all incoming calls, take accurate messages, and ensure timely delivery. Manage all incoming mail, digital correspondence, and executive routing.

Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive, detailed travel plans and logistics.

Expense Management: Process corporate expense reports efficiently, ensuring correct accounting codes are utilized and payment discrepancies are quickly resolved.

Data & Filing: Create, organize, and maintain a highly effective electronic filing system.

Risk & Reporting: Foresee, flag, and manage potential scheduling risks, structural conflicts, or operational problem areas. Ensure all business reports are effective, delivered on time, and subject to rigorous quality standards.
Must Have Skills / Requirements

C-Suite Experience: Proven background serving as an Executive Assistant to C-level or top-tier corporate executives.

Soft Skills: Exceptionally positive demeanor, highly adaptable mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Operational Excellence: High level of discretion, strong attention to detail regarding financial coding/expense reporting, and proactive risk mitigation.

Communication: Superb verbal and written communication skills across internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Preferred Requirements

Direct experience working within the entertainment, music, or media industries is a significant plus.
Education & Experience

Extensive, demonstrated years of high-level administrative or executive support experience required.
