What You GetToDo:
As theOfficeCoordinatoryou will work cooperatively with all staff inexpeditingthe general flow of workpertaining tothe office and programs. TheOffice Coordinatorwill perform receptionist and general office/clerical duties,facilitateadministrative projects, and provide Local Help Desk (LHD) support byassistinglocal staff with technical troubleshooting needs with theassistanceof the IS Department.
This role involves approximately 75% administrative duties and 25% Local Help Desk support.
Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
