Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service-related communication. This role serves as an important point of contact between customers and our team while supporting daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Make outbound follow-up calls regarding appointments, service requests, and customer questions
  • Schedule consultations and maintain accurate appointment records
  • Document customer interactions and update information in company systems
  • Provide general information about company services and processes
  • Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Support communication between customers and internal teams to ensure timely service
