Position summary:
- The Full-Stack Developer participates in a team stand-up to review progress, upcoming work, and any blockers.
- The role involves designing and developing both front-end and back-end solutions, addressing issues as they arise, and contributing to discussions across multiple projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- The Corp App/Desktop team is a small, close-knit group of 34 developers that emphasizes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual support.
- Team members are expected to work across all phases of development, demonstrating flexibility and a strong understanding of full-stack development practices.
- Communication, collaboration and leadership are key for this team.
- Front-End Development:
- JavaScript or TypeScript
- React, Angular, or Vue
- CSS3
- Back-end Development & APIs:
- Java
- Node.js
- RESTful API and design and implementation
- Single Sign-on (SSO)
- OAuth
- Database & Data Management:
- SQL Server or Oracle
- MongoDB
- Data Modeling
- DevOps & CI/CD:
- Jenkins
- GitHub
- Source Control (Git experience)
- Testing & Automation:
- Postman (API/automation testing)
- Cloud & Infrastructure (preferred):
- AWS or Azure
- Kubernetes
- API Gateway
- Integration experience
- 6 years of application development, systems testing or other job-related experience.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree;
- OR, Associates degree in CS, IT, or other job-related degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
- OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 10 years without a degree)
