Arista Switch Engineer
Job details:
- This is a Juniper Switching to Arista Switch migration.
- The customer requires the deployment to be managed through Arista Cloud (so no API deployment)
- It was extremely clear from the conversation with the customer that this is an onsite only position.
- The engineer will work in a lab environment during equipment staging. During implementation, the engineer must be at the installation site to deal with any issues that arise. The engineer will not be permitted to rack or cable the equipment but will be expected to work with installers to ensure that everything is correct.
- Candidates must have enough knowledge to read Juniper port configurations and translate that into actions needed to configure ports in the Arista GUI. Candidates must be able to work well with other and provide instructions as needed.
