Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong audit background with hands-on experience in internal controls and SOX compliance
- Solid understanding of business process controls and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and data organization skills
- Experience in preparing, reviewing, and supporting audit documentation and reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience using Lucidchart/Lucid Flow for process documentation and flowcharting
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong expertise in SOX compliance and SOX survey/testing activities
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective internal control processes
