PAY RANGE: $54 - $64/hr.
DURATION: 12 Months


TOP 3 SKILLS:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for complex technical roles
  • Strong ability to evaluate technical aptitude and assess both technical and behavioral fit within AI, software, or engineering environments
  • Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms such as Lever, and advanced sourcing strategies to build technical talent pipelines

Company Overview:
The company has embarked on a highly ambitious journey to develop a full-stack autonomous mobility solution optimized for the passenger experience. The company follows a proactive strategy that includes prototyping, pilot, and launch phases. The company's growing Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help shape, build, and scale the organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and own the full recruiting lifecycle for a diverse range of technical roles, including positions within artificial intelligence and software engineering. This position requires a strong balance of teamwork, dedication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, deliver results in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate genuine passion for the company's mission.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
  • Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership
  • Manage the offer process by partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams
  • Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
  • Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
  • Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
  • Strong consultative and interpersonal communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative sourcing techniques

Bonus Qualifications:
  • Interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry
  • Expertise in leveraging an ATS (Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines
  • Experience working for a recruiting agency
  • Experience managing complex technical roles
