Clinical Supervisor
East Lakeland OBGYN Associates, a practice partner of Together Womens Health (TWH) has an immediate opportunity for a full time Clinical Supervisorto join our team!
We are a faith-based womens health practice guided by Christian values and a mission-centered approach to patient care. The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
Applicants with Athena EMR experience will be given preference.
Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day staffing for clinical staff
- Orientation and training for staff
- Develop clinical policies and procedures
- Coordinate vacation and personal time off requests
- Laboratory liaison--QA
- Equipment repair and service/Contracts
- Interview/Personnel selection
- Ensure continuous flow of quality patient care
- At least 5 years of clinical experience required
- Minimum 3 years clinical managerial experience required
- OBGYN experience highly preferred
