Title: Senior BI Developer

Salary Range: $45 - $64/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a Senior BI Developer with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Data Engineering to design and develop advanced dashboards, reporting solutions, and data pipelines. This role involves collaborating across multiple teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize performance, and support enterprise analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have architect-level experience in BI tools and Azure data services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Advanced expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, Power Query)
Strong experience with Azure Data Engineering (ADF, Databricks, ADLS, SSAS)
Strong SQL and experience in building ETL/ELT data pipelines
10 years in BI development and data engineering
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in finance reporting / financial analytics
Tableau dashboard development and optimization
Experience with Python / advanced analytics tools

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
Implement advanced data modeling, DAX calculations, and performance optimization for BI solutions.
Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks for data transformation and integration.
