The Process Operator troubleshoots process problems during production. They also maintain production equipment and review data to ensure product quality.

What You'll Do:
- Learn and assist in operating the aluminum dip braze process, a key stage in manufacturing aerospace-grade components.
- Operate equipment such as Positech hoists and FANUC robots with hands-on training and supervision.
- Monitor and maintain salt bath chemical levels and perform routine maintenance checks on a weekly basis.
- Produce and process parts daily to meet quality and production targets.
- Follow strict safety protocols and always wear required PPE (face shield, gloves, apron, etc.).
- Participate in ongoing training, team briefings, and continuous improvement efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong interest in manufacturing, aerospace, or mechanical operations.
- Willingness to learn technical processes and follow step-by-step procedures.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of safety awareness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfortable working around heat and chemicals (training and safety gear provided).

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in area of responsibility.
- High School (High school diploma) or GED

- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
