Job Title: DevOps Engineer Performance Testing
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong Performance Testing expertise to support infrastructure automation, CI/CD processes, and application performance validation. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in DevOps practices along with hands-on experience in performance, load, and stress testing.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment
Manage and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
Support deployment, monitoring, and release management across environments
Develop and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests
Analyze system bottlenecks, application response times, and infrastructure performance
Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance
Implement monitoring and alerting tools for proactive issue detection
Required Skills:
Strong experience in DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes
Hands-on expertise with AWS / Azure / GCP
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
Good understanding of application monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics
Proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, or Bash
Experience in Linux/Unix environments
