Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windchill Developer with strong expertise in Windchill PLM customization, Java development, SQL, and Windchill architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing custom solutions, supporting PLM processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill PLM Development and Customization
Strong expertise in Windchill Data Model, Windchill Architecture, Java, and SQL
Experience designing and implementing custom solutions and enhancements in Windchill PLM
Strong understanding of PLM domain concepts and business processes
Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and SDLC practices
Ability to analyze business requirements and provide scalable technical solutions

Windchill UI Customization (JCA, Wizards, Data Utilities, Validators, MVC Builders, JSP, Form Processors)
Windchill Type and Attribute Manager
Windchill Listener Framework
Windchill Business Rules

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom Windchill PLM solutions and enhancements
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs
Lead and support developers in resolving technical challenges and implementing best practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Support Windchill enhancement, configuration, and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate on technical design discussions, story refinement, and effort estimation
Develop utilities to support migration and ETL activities
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities
Support BOM Management, Change Management, Release Processes, and CAD Integrations
Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC practices, and architecture guidelines
Assist in training team members on Windchill features and functionalities
Contribute to implementation methodologies and customization standards
