Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Windchill Data Migration Architect with strong expertise in Windchill PLM data migration, data modeling, migration strategy, and automation. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Windchill environments, migration methodologies, and PLM systems, with experience leading large-scale migration initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in data migration projects, preferably in Windchill environments
  • Strong expertise in Windchill PLM domain and data migration methodologies
  • Solid understanding of Windchill data model, workflows, configurations, and architecture
  • Experience migrating data from non-PLM systems into Windchill
  • Expertise in data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Windchill migration tools, utilities, and site consolidation processes
  • Experience working with WBM tools and Windchill Bulk Migration activities
  • Knowledge of CAD data and engineering document management systems
  • Strong scripting and automation experience for migration activities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Windchill data migration activities across enterprise PLM environments
  • Design and implement migration strategies, methodologies, and best practices
  • Analyze source systems and define data mapping, transformation, and validation rules
  • Support migration from non-PLM systems into Windchill platforms
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure data integrity and migration quality
  • Utilize Windchill migration tools, WBM utilities, and site consolidation processes
  • Automate migration processes using scripting and data processing techniques
  • Validate migrated data and troubleshoot migration-related issues
  • Support CAD data migration and engineering document management activities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to migration teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks, timelines, and migration deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Medical Devices or regulated industry environments
  • Relevant certifications in PLM or data management
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise PLM transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of engineering data lifecycle management
