Pest Control Representative
Job Description
DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Pest Control Sales Representative to help grow our Pest Control Division in Hazleton and the surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong business-to-business (B2B) sales experience who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and developing new business opportunities. Previous pest control experience is a plus, but not required. A Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicators License is not required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients and property managers
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Conduct site visits and assess customer pest control needs
- Prepare and present customized pest management proposals and service solutions
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Coordinate with operations and office staff to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and available service options
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional pest control services and programs
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and reporting
- Represent DCS professionally in the field and at customer locations
