IT Program Manager
Duties:
- We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a strategic ERP financial transformation initiative focused on modernizing and optimizing core finance systems and processes.
- This role owns roadmap development, program delivery and governance, and execution.
- You will lead cross-functional teams through complex program lifecycles, ensuring alignment with finance operating models, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.
- This role requires close coordination with project managers and business relationship managers across the program to align on scope, schedule, and resourcing.
- Responsibilities include managing program scope, communicating risks and mitigation plans, and providing regular updates to IT and finance stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field, a PMP (or similar certification), and has a proven track record delivering ERP and financial transformation programs. Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and leading large-scale programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required.
