Systems Engineer
Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

Active Secret Clearance Required.
Organize and lead the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation while collaborating with the customer, subcontractors, and executive leadership
Organize and lead lab activities including setup, configuration management, and testing
Ensure Modeling, Hardware, and Software Interfaces utilize a scalable ontology
Mentor several professionals with varying levels of experience
Own the preparation, cost, and schedule of Design Reviews as well as Integration, Dry Run, and Formal Qualification Testing
Influence decision-makers with recommended courses of action across complex problems
Review and document major changes in systems or processes to solve complex problems
Qualifications You Must Have
Mastery in tooling to include CAMEO, Rhapsody, Microsoft products, or tasking boards (Jira, IBM EWM, etc.)
Strong integration and test knowledge including digital twins, test procedures, test automation, test execution, and/or test reporting
Practical experience across the full Systems Engineering V from CONOPS development to Sustainment
Knowledge of or application of Earned Value Management System
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams of design professionals including electrical, mechanical, software, test, logistics and other system engineers
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree (masters) in related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET LEVEL security clearance is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Experience with Survivable Mobile Command Center architectures and operations
Experience with systems support to software and hardware development
Experience with system or application integration
Experience with communication Radio and Systems: SATCOM, LOS/BLOS, AEHF, or V/UHF
Experience with computer networking for ground-based, ship, submarine, or airborne platforms
Experience with and knowledge of scripting
