- Prepare and maintain comprehensivetest plans, test strategies, test estimates, and test schedulesfor multiple project phases and functional areas.
- Define and tailortest conditions and approachesto suit specific system/application requirements.
- Track testing progress and preparetesting metrics, status updates, and reports.
- Establish and maintaintest environmentsand appropriatetest datafor successful execution.
- Participate inroot cause analysisin collaboration with development teams to identify and prevent recurring issues.
- Identify, implement, and drivecontinuous improvement initiativesfor testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Highlightprocess improvement opportunities, issues, and risksto stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Manage and monitor thedefect management lifecycleduring testing phase, ensuring proper documentation, tracking, re-testing, and closure.
- Support the client duringUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)under the guidance of the Test Lead.
- Coordinate and supporttraining and knowledge transferfor new QA team members,
- Participate actively intest status meetingsand project discussions.
- SIT, UAT, E2E testing expertise -5+ years preferred in large scale healthcare systems.
- Strong communication & coordination Ability to work with vendors, fiscal agents, and cross-functional teams.
