Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Engineer to own, maintain, and evolve our enterprise integration ecosystem. This is a full-time, onsite role responsible for designing and maintaining the data feeds and synchronization processes that connect our core platforms including PLM, ERP, Warehouse Management, eCommerce, Digital Asset Management, and iPaaS middleware.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on .NET engineer who thrives in complex, multi-system environments and can independently build, troubleshoot, and document integration solutions across a broad portfolio of business-critical applications.

Duties and Responsibilities
ERP Integration
  • Design and maintain bi-directional data feeds between ERP systems and downstream platforms including eCommerce, WMS, and PLM
  • Manage item master, inventory, pricing, order, and fulfillment data synchronization across ERP platforms
  • Support inbound shipment processing and inventory reservation workflows
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Own synchronization services between the WMS and ERP, eCommerce, and shipping carrier systems
  • Maintain fulfillment processing pipelines including order routing, shipment manifests, and carrier uploads
  • Support digital asset delivery to warehouse floor devices
eCommerce Integrations (B2C & B2B)
  • Maintain inventory, pricing, and product data feeds from ERP and PLM into eCommerce storefronts
  • Own order export pipelines including address validation and routing to ERP and WMS
  • Manage customer account sync for B2B commerce platforms
  • Support payment processor integrations including transaction and dispute data ingestion
  • Maintain marketing platform feeds for email campaigns and customer engagement workflows
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Maintain bi-directional item and product data synchronization between PLM and ERP, eCommerce, and WMS platforms
  • Manage digital asset sync from DAM into PLM for product content management
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • Own image and asset distribution pipelines from the DAM platform to eCommerce storefronts, PLM, and WMS
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining enterprise data integration pipelines with a focus on high availability and near-zero downtime in production environments
  • Familiarity with SLA-driven development practices, including designing for fault tolerance, automatic retry logic, and graceful failure handling
  • Experience implementing proactive monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling for integration services (e.g., PagerDuty, Datadog, custom health dashboards)
  • Track record of rapid incident response able to diagnose, triage, and resolve production data feed failures with urgency and clear communication to stakeholders
  • Background working within large-scale or high-transaction-volume retail, eCommerce, or consumer goods environments where data accuracy and throughput are business-critical
  • Experience supporting integrations that process high volumes of concurrent orders, inventory updates, or real-time data events without degradation
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Merchandising teams a trusted partner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable contributing to shared codebases, participating in code reviews, and elevating the standards and documentation practices of the broader team
  • Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology actively explores how AI tools can improve integration workflows, accelerate development, and reduce manual intervention
  • Experience integrating with or building AI-assisted automation, such as anomaly detection in data feeds, intelligent alerting, or LLM-assisted troubleshooting tooling is a strong plus
Experience and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software integration or systems engineering
  • Strong proficiency in C# / .NET including DLL development, Windows Services, and console applications
  • Experience integrating with ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred) via APIs, web services, or native connectors
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platform APIs (Shopify preferred) including REST/GraphQL and webhooks
  • Solid SQL skills stored procedures, query optimization, and relational database design (SQL Server preferred)
  • Experience with iPaaS / middleware platforms (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar)
  • Familiarity with PLM and DAM platform integrations
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and event-driven architectures
  • Ability to independently manage and document a large portfolio of integration services
