Developer III
Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Full Stack Application Developer to support a high-performing Commercial Web team focused on enterprise member-facing applications and digital experiences.
This role is ideal for a developer with strong modern web application experience who enjoys building new features, enhancing existing applications, and contributing to large-scale enterprise platforms in a collaborative Agile environment.
This is a hybrid role onsite 3 days/week.
What Youll Do
Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain enterprise web applications and APIs
Build and enhance member-facing self-service portals and mobile application functionality
Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver scalable application solutions
Develop and maintain front-end and back-end application components
Create and execute unit tests, troubleshoot defects, and validate code changes
Support application deployments, builds, releases, and environment management
Research and resolve production issues while recommending system improvements
Develop technical specifications, workflows, concept diagrams, and supporting documentation
Collaborate with developers, system designers, team leads, and business stakeholders
Maintain coding standards, quality assurance practices, and delivery timelines
Participate in ongoing modernization and enhancement initiatives across enterprise web platforms
What Youll Need
Application development experience
Strong experience with Vue.js
Strong Java development experience
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
Strong HTML/CSS experience
Experience working in modern web application environments
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Experience with application testing and code validation
Ability to work effectively in Agile and fast-paced enterprise environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
