Developer III
Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Developer IIIto support teamfocused on enhancing and supporting the MyPep 2.0 Salesforce application.
This is a remote role and isideal for a developer with strong Salesforce platform experience who enjoys production support, application enhancements, and collaborating closely with stakeholders in a team-oriented environment.
What Youll Do
Perform application analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance activities
Support and enhance the MyPep 2.0 Salesforce application
Analyze business and technical requirements to develop scalable application solutions
Develop and maintain Salesforce-based applications and workflows
Troubleshoot production support issues and provide timely resolutions
Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and specifications
Test code changes, validate functionality, and support quality assurance efforts
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
Participate in application design discussions and provide input on solution approaches
Research and resolve customer issues while recommending system improvements
Ensure applications are delivered according to project timelines and organizational standards
What Youll Need
Application development or systems testing experience
Strong experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Salesforce Flows
Understanding of application development, integration, and QA methodologies
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders and customers
Experience with Salesforce Apex, integrations, or Salesforce administration is a plus
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent experience
