IT Support
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to provide hands-on IT support in a mixed Mac and PC environment. This role is responsible for day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and user assistance, with a strong focus on Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support in a mixed Mac and PC environment

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across MacOS and Windows

Support Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint

Provide user support for Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Photoshop and Illustrator

Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems

Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Document issues, resolutions, and procedures

Escalate complex issues as needed while ensuring user satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Technical Support Analyst or similar IT support role

Strong knowledge of MacOS and Windows operating systems

Hands-on experience supporting Office 365

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator

Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
