We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to provide hands-on IT support in a mixed Mac and PC environment. This role is responsible for day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting, and user assistance, with a strong focus on Office 365 and Adobe Creative Suite applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in a mixed Mac and PC environment

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across MacOS and Windows

  • Support Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint

  • Provide user support for Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems

  • Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Document issues, resolutions, and procedures

  • Escalate complex issues as needed while ensuring user satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Analyst or similar IT support role

  • Strong knowledge of MacOS and Windows operating systems

  • Hands-on experience supporting Office 365

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator

  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting creative or design teams

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation

  • Ability to manage multiple issues and priorities effectively
