Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Integration Developer with strong MuleSoft solution engineering experience to design and implement end to end Salesforce integrations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of integration resiliency and error handling, and will be responsible for promoting API led connectivity and standard integration patterns. This role requires collaboration with Salesforce, security, and downstream system teams to ensure seamless integration and adherence to best practices.
Responsibilities
Design and implement end to end Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft, ensuring clarity in the scope of integration.
Apply and promote API led connectivity and standard integration patterns to enhance system interoperability.
Lead troubleshooting and optimization efforts to improve integration reliability and performance.
Collaborate with Salesforce, security, and downstream system teams to define roles and responsibilities in the integration process.
Define integration standards, reference implementations, and best practices to guide development efforts.
Identify and implement secure integration patterns that comply with industry standards and regulations.
Document integration processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills
Strong MuleSoft solution engineering experience, particularly with Mule 3.
MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) a required.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, demonstrating a track record of successful projects.
Deep understanding of integration resiliency, error handling, and established integration patterns.
Preferred Skills
Experience with secure integration patterns and compliance requirements, including data protection and privacy regulations.
Telecommunications experience, particularly in Telecom OSS (Operations Support System), provisioning, and service operations, is preferred to understand industry specific integration needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 7 years of relevant experience in software development and integration.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with technical and non technical stakeholders.
