Support Analyst
Job Requirements:
- Possess basic knowledge of Unix, Linux to support Legacy applications.
- Utilize shell scripting and automation for recurring daily and monthly tasks.
- Develop skills in Power Automate and power script creation.
- Problem management / Desing and development of automation related use cases
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
- Coordinate with application teams, infrastructure groups, and third-party vendors during system incidents.
- Conduct thread dumps and core dump analysis when servers experience unexpected crashes.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements regarding all incidents and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes (including Incident and Change Management).
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers, vendors, and offshore teams to address and resolve issues.
