Structural Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for aStructural Engineerwith a minimum 5 years of experience for our LA Woodland Hills office, who wants to work and grow as a team player within our progressive multi-discipline firm. The successful individual will be a licensed engineer with solid experience in the design of steel, concrete and wood commercial/institutional buildings.

In This Role You Will:

• Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of commercial & institutional building projects.
• Collaborate with the architect, owner, and contractor to provide a well-coordinated and high-quality set of structural drawings.
• Contribute to project teams of engineers, designers and drafters to execute structural designs.
• Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design.
• Interface with the contractor during construction to ensure positive results with minimum complications.
• Work closely with the Discipline Manager to support the needs of the department, projects, and growth objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

• Approximate Base Salary $95,000 - $120,000+ based on experience.
• Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
• Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.
• Hybrid Work Schedule(subject to change).
• 401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee Contribution.
