Dental Customer Support Representative
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
- Responsible for tracking, entering, and researching information in current systems
- Prepare material for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and preparing necessary shipping forms such as invoices and shipping labels
- Disinfect all incoming cases following laboratory safety processes
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blog
- Assemble and fill boxes with items that need to be shipped
- Unload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages for case entry
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all shipping related activities, including routing internal drivers for package pickup and delivery
- All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
