Modern Family Law(MFL),a rapidly expanding national lawfirm specializing in Family Law, is seeking 3Lsand recent graduatessitting for theJuly 2026 Bar examortheFebruary 2027Bar examtoparticipateinMFL Academys ResidencyProgramin one of our Colorado offices (Denver, Colorado Springs, or Fort Collins).Thisrole is hybrid, but you must sit for the Colorado Bar (no UBE score transfer), and plan toreside within a reasonable commute to the office location.

After sitting for the Bar exam,Residency participantswilljoin MFLtoreceive training insubstantive family law and courtroom advocacy.Residents will receivementorship fromthe MFLLearning & Developmentdepartmentand legalteams,helpingthemsuccessfullytransition to anMFLAssociate Attorneypositionuponpassing theBar.

Compensation and Benefits:Salary Range $66,560-$130,000.This range is areasonably reliableestimate of the salary that this individual is expected toreceive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factorspermittedby law.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Register for theupcomingJulyor FebruaryBar exam.
- Attain a passing score on the MPREbeforesitting for the Bar exam.
- Timely submission and approval of Character & Fitness application by the State Bar.
- Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus.
- Mock Trial experience is a plus.
- Submission of cover letter, law schooltranscript, and responses to candidate questionnaire.
