Systems Administrator

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring for an urgent Systems Administrator role with a leading federal defense contractor. This position supports missioncritical infrastructure in a secure environment, offering visibility, growth, and the chance to make a real impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daytoday administration and support for physical and virtual servers
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot server hardware, operating systems, and network interfaces
• Install, patch, and maintain vendor software and operating systems
• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot networking/storage issues
• Automate tasks with scripting and manage user access
• Support secure IT operations in classified environments

Required Skills:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Strong Linux (RHEL 8/9, Red Hat) and Windows Server/AD/Exchange experience
• Virtualization, networking, firewalls, Cisco & Juniper switches
• Scripting/automation and strong troubleshooting skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree + 5 years experience
• OR Master's degree + 3 years
• OR 4 additional years of relevant experience in place of degree
