Job Requirement

Education/Experience:
Four (4) years progressive clinical experience; two (2) years of progressive management related experience in a hospital setting; and the equivalent of a bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or business administration.

Licensing/Certification Requirements:
Current State of Nevada Registered Nurse license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification accepted by the American Heart Association (AHA).

Additional Position Requirements

Additional Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience with hospital supply chain process and clinical product evaluation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based decision making in a clinical environment.

Preferred Requirements:

• Certifications in healthcare value analysis or Lean Six Sigma.
