JOB DETAILS
Starting pay is $16.25 per hour with potential increases based on experience and skill.Plus $1.50 shift differential
Shift: 5:00 pm - 1:30 am with opportunities for overtime.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is for a machine Operator in trim department. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of production techniques, great attention to detail, and a dedication to safety. Overtime is anticipated with this full-time, direct hire opportunity.
- Ability to read and comprehend documents including but not limited to policy manuals, safety rules/programs, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and simple correspondence
- In addition, the ability to communicate information effectively one-on-one and in small group situations and settings is required
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to perform work instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form a must. In addition, the ability to solve problems, which involve multiple variables in a standard situation, is required
- Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to work with a diversified work force
- Be willing to cross train and be promotable
