Machine Operator

JOB DETAILS

Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Overtime as required

Duties and Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, production schedules, and measuring specifications.
• Perform machine adjustments and basic programming as needed to ensure accurate bends and product quality.
• Inspect finished products to verify dimensions, appearance, and compliance with company standards.
• Safely load, unload, and stage raw materials and finished products using a forklift.
• Transport coils, sheets, and trim materials throughout the production area.
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and daily equipment inspections.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all OSHA, company safety, and quality procedures at all times.
• Assist with inventory control and material tracking when necessary.
• Complete production documentation and quality check records accurately.
