Job Description
- Performs routine maintenance on all building equipment, from HVAC to production equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the property.
- Keep machinery in good working order and notify Manufacturing Manager of any repair to be done on any equipment used in the production area
- Observe safety precautions to prevent fires or explosions.
- Monitor gauges, recording instruments, flow meters, or products to ensure that specified conditions are maintained.
- Observe work areas to detect leaks or equipment malfunctions or to monitor operating conditions.
- Perform daily checks on production scales and forklifts.
- Development of preventative maintenance program while updating the software daily.
- Support other areas of the plant designated by Plant Operation manager.
- Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customer, vendors. The information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or by email.
