Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement)modules (Sales, Service, etc.)
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • C#, .NET, Dataverse plug-ins, Custom APIs
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience withDataverse customization(entities, forms, views, relationships)
• Proficiency inJavaScript, HTML, CSSfor UI customization
• Experience insystem integrationsusing REST/OData and Azure services
• Familiarity withAzure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding ofsecurity models and role-based access
• Experience working inAgile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and developcustom solutions in Dynamics 365 (CE)usingDataverse
• Build and extend applications using:
  • Model-driven apps & Canvas apps
  • Power Automate workflows
• Developserver-side componentssuch as:
  • Plug-ins, Custom APIs, and workflows usingC#, .NET
• Implementclient-side customizationsusingJavaScript and D365 Client APIs
• Integrate D365 with external systems using:
  • REST / OData APIs
  • Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps)
• Configurebusiness logic, security roles, and business rules
• Design and manageCI/CD pipelinesusingAzure DevOps
• FollowApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM)and governance best practices
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
