At the Bosch Kentwood, MI facility, youll join a team specializing in the precision manufacturing and re-manufacturing of diesel fuel systems, primarily supporting the rail industry. Youll play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring critical components meet the demands of Boschs global supply chain.
As a Production Operator, youll help ensure optimal performance across various production lines, making a direct impact on the continued success of the facility and the products it produces.
Work Schedule:
- Work shifts are 8 hours per day, including a 15-minute break and a 30-minute lunch.
- Voluntary overtime is available for up to 4 additional hours per day.
- Current openings are for 2nd shift and 3rd shift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various production machines for manufacturing and re-manufacturing diesel fuel components.
- Perform final assembly, part sorting, tear-down, washing, and other tasks according to process control documentation.
- Record daily production data and complete on-line Statistical Process Control charting to monitor process variation.
- Conduct basic maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure equipment functionality.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Support production goals by completing additional tasks as directed by management.
