What Youll Be Doing:
Mastering our digital printing equipment like a pro! Youll be setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting to keep things running smoothly. Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals each shift (Teamwork makes the dream work!). Keeping communication flowing during shift overlaps to help boost plant performance. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace because safety = success. Staying on top of quality control standards to ensure every print is precise and perfect. Lifting 1530 lbs (frequently) and standing for 810 hours a day (staying active!).
