Job Description
The Chief Engineer responsible for all working matters under the operations and maintenance of building systems at CMIs customer site in Culpeper, VA.
Key Job Functions
- Responsible for the buildings systems including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and supervision of technicians.
- Performs Preventive Maintenance tasks involving keeping equipment in good working order to reduce downtime and prevent breakdowns.
- Shall be onsite in a full-time capacity and on-call to respond to emergencies.
