This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying close to the bench while also helping support and guide a small team. Youll play a key role in assay execution, method support, and day-to-day lab operations in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do
Hands-On Assay Work
- Execute cell-based assays, ligand-binding ELISAs, and related workflows
- Perform routine tasks such as cell plating, dilutions, and 96-well plate work
- Apply strong aseptic technique and pipetting skills in a GMP setting
Method & Lab Support
- Assist with method qualification, transfer, and troubleshooting
- Help ensure consistency and quality of assay execution
Documentation & Compliance
- Accurately record work in lab notebooks/e-systems
- Follow GMP documentation practices and data integrity standards
Team Support
- Help coordinate daily lab activities and support team workflow
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members as needed
- Act as a go-to resource for technical questions on the team
Collaboration
- Work closely with clients, peers and supervisors to meet timelines and deliverables
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented lab environment
