WhatYoullDo:
- Lead & Coach:Supervise regional training staff, provide ongoing coaching, and support professional development through evaluations and mentorship.
- Drive Training Excellence:Oversee New Staff Orientation (NSO) and continuing education programs to ensuretimely, high-quality delivery.
- Design & Develop:Create and update engaging training content, manuals, and resources aligned with adult learning principles.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Work with Operations, HR, and leadership teams toidentifyskill gaps and prioritize training initiatives.
- Ensure Compliance:Maintaininstructor certifications and ensure all training aligns with policies, regulations, andDungarvinsservice philosophy.
- Track & Improve:Monitor training effectiveness using feedback and key metrics like completion rates, certifications, and learner satisfaction.
- Leverage Technology:UtilizeLearning Management Systems and training software to deliver, track, and analyze training across multiple locations.
- Maintain Records:Ensureaccuratedocumentation of training activities, certifications, and billing (where applicable).
