Salary:
The annual salary for this position ranges from$80,000 - 115,000 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.
Summary:
The purpose of the Project Manager is to manage the fulfilment ofequipment and system ordersplaced in North America, from receipt of order to customersite acceptance test. This includes partneringwithpeers insales, operations,engineering,and servicetodeliverequipment that meets customer needson time and within budget. The Project Manager will create and maintain all project management artifacts and communicate directly with customers. This role necessitates a combination of project methodology expertise, leadership acumen, and business insight to ensure the successful execution of project objectives.
Essential Functions
- Clarify project scope, goals, budget, and deliverables for customer equipment orders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive equipment deliveries on time and within the project budget
- Create project documents such as structured customer updates, change orders, budget reviews, and update presentations.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and transparent fashion
- Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and deliverables using appropriate tools
- Identify and troubleshoot problem areas to minimize delays and unplanned events.
- Conduct project retrospectives and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Facilitate and maintain project management tools enabling KPI tracking and a consolidated view of all Roselle equipment projects
