Position Summary:
Bishops Lodge is seeking a seasonal Pool Butler to support and elevate the poolside guest experience. This outdoor role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment while delivering exceptional hospitality. The Pool Butler plays a key role in creating a welcoming arrival experience and ensuring guests are comfortable, attended to, and cared for throughout their time at the pool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival at the pool area and provide a warm, welcoming experience
- Set up and maintain pool seating, including towels, umbrellas, and lounge areas
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service
- Assist with distributing towels and maintaining cleanliness and organization of pool amenities
- Monitor poolside conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- Support food and beverage service teams as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, cabanas, and surrounding areas
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
- Uphold the standards and service culture of Bishops Lodge
