StrategicLeadership&OperationalPerformance
- Implementlong-termplansalignedwithRCCsstrategicgoals,ensuringoperationalreadinessandscalableprocesses.
- Leadchangemanagementeffortsrelatedtonewsystems,processes,andtechnologiestosupportcontinuousimprovement.
- Proactivelyidentifyandmitigateprojectandoperationalriskstoensureconsistentdeliveryacrossallprojects.
- UseperformancedataandKPIstodriveprojectoutcomes,profitability,andcontinuousimprovement.
- Maintainadeepunderstandingofconstructionprocesses,buildingcodes,andsafetyrequirementsacrossmarketsectors.
Project&ClientDelivery
- Overseeaportfolioofprojects,ensuringalignmenttoscope,budget,quality,andschedulemilestones.
- Fosterclientandpartnerrelationshipsfrompursuitthroughcloseout,servingasatrustedrepresentativeofRCC.
- Optimizeteamresourcingandensureprojectteamsarealignedtoclientexpectationsandprojectcomplexity.
- Resolveconflictsordisputesefficientlywithsubcontractors,suppliers,designpartners,andinternalstakeholders.
PeopleLeadership&TeamDevelopment
- Createacultureofcollaboration,trust,andaccountabilitywithintheOperationsteam.
- MentoranddevelopProjectEngineers,ProjectManagers,andSeniorProjectManagers,providingclearperformanceexpectationsandgrowthopportunities.
- Designandimplementformaltrainingandonboardingprogramstoensuretechnicalandleadershipreadiness.
- Empowerprojectteamsthrougheffectivedelegationwhilesupportingtheirdevelopmentanddecision-makingautonomy.
- Buildleadershippipelinesandsuccessionplanstogrowfuturetalentfromwithin.
Communication,Reporting&DecisionMaking
- Clearlyarticulategoals,expectations,andoutcomesacrossalllevelsoftheprojectandoperationsteam.
- Provideexecutive-levelreportingonkeyprojectanddepartmentalmetrics,challenges,andsuccesses.
- Maketimely,informeddecisionsbasedondata,experience,andRCCscorevalues,especiallyunderpressure.
- Anticipateandaddressprojectandteamdynamicsbyadjustingleadershipstrategiesasneeded.

- Championasafety-firstcultureandensureallprojectteamsfollowsafetyguidelinesandprotocols.
- Upholdthehighestqualitystandardsacrossallworkstreams:self-perform,subcontractors,andpartners.
