  • Leadchangemanagementeffortsrelatedtonewsystems,processes,andtechnologiestosupportcontinuousimprovement.
  • Proactivelyidentifyandmitigateprojectandoperationalriskstoensureconsistentdeliveryacrossallprojects.
  • UseperformancedataandKPIstodriveprojectoutcomes,profitability,andcontinuousimprovement.
  • Maintainadeepunderstandingofconstructionprocesses,buildingcodes,andsafetyrequirementsacrossmarketsectors.

Project&ClientDelivery

  • Overseeaportfolioofprojects,ensuringalignmenttoscope,budget,quality,andschedulemilestones.
  • Fosterclientandpartnerrelationshipsfrompursuitthroughcloseout,servingasatrustedrepresentativeofRCC.
  • Optimizeteamresourcingandensureprojectteamsarealignedtoclientexpectationsandprojectcomplexity.
  • Resolveconflictsordisputesefficientlywithsubcontractors,suppliers,designpartners,andinternalstakeholders.

PeopleLeadership&TeamDevelopment

  • Createacultureofcollaboration,trust,andaccountabilitywithintheOperationsteam.
  • MentoranddevelopProjectEngineers,ProjectManagers,andSeniorProjectManagers,providingclearperformanceexpectationsandgrowthopportunities.
  • Designandimplementformaltrainingandonboardingprogramstoensuretechnicalandleadershipreadiness.
  • Empowerprojectteamsthrougheffectivedelegationwhilesupportingtheirdevelopmentanddecision-makingautonomy.
  • Buildleadershippipelinesandsuccessionplanstogrowfuturetalentfromwithin.

  • Clearlyarticulategoals,expectations,andoutcomesacrossalllevelsoftheprojectandoperationsteam.
  • Provideexecutive-levelreportingonkeyprojectanddepartmentalmetrics,challenges,andsuccesses.
  • Maketimely,informeddecisionsbasedondata,experience,andRCCscorevalues,especiallyunderpressure.
  • Anticipateandaddressprojectandteamdynamicsbyadjustingleadershipstrategiesasneeded.
