Data Scientist

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Data Scientist in Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week). The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced ML/AI solutions with strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, and classical data science algorithms. Candidates should have 58 years of experience, handson Python/Spark/Databricks skills, and exposure to Azure cloud for scalable AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, train, validate & deploy ML/AI models (LLMs, NLP, classical algorithms)
Build scalable pipelines with PySpark/Spark & Databricks
Perform LLM finetuning, prompt engineering & evaluation
Work with SQL/NoSQL datasets (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Collaborate with engineering & business teams to deliver AI solutions
Implement model governance, monitoring & lifecycle management

Required Skills:
58 years in Data Science/ML/AI Engineering
Strong expertise in LLMs, NLP & classical ML algorithms
Handson Python, PySpark, Databricks, SQL/NoSQL
Azure Cloud experience for training & deployment
Knowledge of finetuning & optimization techniques
Strong analytical, problemsolving & communication skills
