A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a senior departmental leader. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to independently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Provide executive-level administrative support to a Division Head or senior-level leader. * Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts. * Prepare, edit, save, print, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Excel. * Create and support presentations and administrative materials using PowerPoint. * Use Microsoft Access as needed for departmental tracking, reporting, or administrative support. * Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-up items with internal and external stakeholders. * Exercise discretion, maturity, and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information. * Communicate clearly and professionally through written correspondence, phone calls, and in-person interactions. * Work independently while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Qualifications: * Bachelors degree required. * Masters degree preferred. * 3 to 5 years of experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior-level leader preferred. * Prior healthcare or large-scale hospital experience preferred. * Minimum of 1 year of related administrative experience required. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. * Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Access required. * Experience managing heavy calendars and coordinating meetings. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. * Professional, mature, and reliable demeanor.
