CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Call Center Representative

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing information about our services, and assisting with any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Providing information about our services, including property listings, rental rates, and availability

- Assisting with any customer concerns or issues and finding appropriate solutions

- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers

- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs

- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience

- Staying updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers

- Meeting or exceeding performance targets, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales goals

- Adhering to all company and industry regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

- Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
