Inside Sales Rep Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or phone sales with a strong record of closing warm leads
- Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility over the phone with business owners and professionals
- Confident and professional objection-handling skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking between client calls and order submission
- Motivated by results and high earning potential

Inside Sales Rep Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Quickly follow up with inbound inquiries and digital leads to pitch and close sales
- Proactively call existing contacts to secure repeat orders, introduce new products, and upsell solutions
- Guide prospects through the buying process, confidently addressing objections and closing deals over the phone
- Manage an organized sales pipeline to ensure every warm lead receives timely outreach
- Accurately submit order details to internal fulfillment teams
