TheAutomation&ControlSystemsEngineerwillworkaspartofateamtocreateandimplementcontrolsystemsforanyand/orallofthecompaniesproducts, with anemphasisonsoftwaredevelopment.
Responsibilities:
Collaboratewithotherengineeringdisciplinestoestablishcontrolsystemsarchitecturesandcontrolstrategiesformachines,processes,andautomationsystems.
Plan,develop,anddocumentsoftwareformachinecontrol,HMI,SCADA,andothercontrolsystems.
Facilitatediscussionswithcustomersandsuppliersrelatedtocontrolsystems,interfaces,andintegration.

RequiredSkills:
BachelorofSciencedegreeinElectricalEngineeringorComputerSystemsEngineeringandtwoormoreyearsofexperiencewithincreasingresponsibility
ExperiencedevelopingcontrolsystemprogramsforSiemens(Step7,TIAPortal,WinCCProfessionalSCADA),Fanuc,orAllenBradleyPLCs,CNCs,HMIs,andServoDrivesdesired
ExperienceprogramminganyofthecommercialrobotssuchasABB,Fanuc,Kuka,etc.desired
ProficientinNationalInstrumentsLabViewdesired
Afundamentalunderstandingofcomputercommunications(TCP/IP,RS-232,etc.)andindustrialnetworkprotocols(Profinet,Profibus,EtherNet/IP,OPC,etc.)desired
Mechanicalaptitudeandabilitytounderstandmechanicaldrawings,hydraulicandpneumaticschematics
