3rd Shift Production Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Production Associate to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Associate

Location: Franklin, WI

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:30 am, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist in the production of baked goods
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the shift
• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Support team members to meet daily production goals

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level roles available
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
