Each of our stores is a market in the truest sense and is a place to exchange goods, services, and ideas for those really into food.Responsibilities:Job Summary: The Administrative Rep - Base Operator operates switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls and handles base operations for store. Good phone voice and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Operates switchboard to make connections and relay calls
Supplies information to callers and records messages
Keeps record of calls received
Performs clerical duties such as sorting mail, light typing, making copies, faxing
Provides outstanding customer service via the telephone
Assist in special projects for Store Administration
Other duties may be assigned
