Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

Research and identify prospective customers in target markets

Execute outbound calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
Sales Support & Pipeline Development

Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales representatives

Qualify prospects and identify business needs

Support the sales team in expanding the customer base
Relationship Building

Develop rapport with key decision-makers

Understand client logistics challenges and position solutions accordingly
CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and pipeline in CRM systems

Track performance against daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
Market Feedback

Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to support sales strategy

3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong work ethic

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries

Prior experience in outbound prospecting or BDR roles

Familiarity with sales engagement tools
Base Salary: Competitive (DOE)
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Commission-based earning potential
