System Software Programmer

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a System Software Programmerto support a large agency in SC.

This role focuses on developing and modernizing HR and administrative systems using Angular and .NET technologies. Youll work on high-impact initiatives involving application modernization, DevOps, and system integrations in a secure, regulated environment.

Develop and maintain web applications using Angular (PrimeNG), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Build and support backend services and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core
Design and optimize SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures
Support full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure system quality and reliability
Modernize legacy applications and improve system performance
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions
Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security standards

Experience with Angular (PrimeNG required) and modern web technologies
Experience building RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core
Experience with SQL (database design, performance tuning, troubleshooting)
Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines)
Experience with both manual and automated testing
Experience documenting technical solutions and processes
Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA)
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
