My name is Shannon, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currentlyseeking a Corporate Recruiter (Technical / AI Focus) for a prominent clientofours.This position is located in100% Remote. Details for the positionare as follows:

Job Description:

Duration: ~6 months (contract)

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional roles (intake sourcing screening interview coordination offer close)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, senior stakeholders, and internal recruiting teams
  • Conduct intake sessions to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategy
  • Build and execute direct sourcing strategies to generate pipelines for niche technical talent
  • Conduct and/or coordinate recruiter screens for technical candidates (Data Science, ML, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Product)
  • Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and engagement
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with standards
  • Support diversity hiring initiatives through intentional sourcing strategies
  • Coordinate interview processes, recruiting events, and candidate cultivation activities
  • Track pipeline activity, provide updates, and maintain accuracy in recruiting systems
  • Use data and reporting (Excel/PowerPoint) to support recruiting insights and decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
  • Strong background in technical recruiting within complex or enterprise environments
  • Proven experience recruiting for:
    • Data Science
    • Machine Learning / AI
    • Data Engineering
    • Software Engineering
    • Product (preferred)
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and passive candidate generation
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to engage across all levels
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-change environment
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting within consulting, corporate, or tech/AI-driven organizations
  • Familiarity with large global matrix organizations
  • Exposure to analytics, AI, or advanced technology talent markets (QuantumBlack / AI consulting environment)
